Eka Mai Meditation

This is a mantra meditation.

Chanting mantra shifts your vibration, changes your frequency to match the frequency of the sound current you are chanting. So that even if you don’t understand the meaning of the words, it feels good.

As you vibrate, the universe vibrates with you.
— Yogi Bhajan

The Mantra we are going to be meditating with today is about accessing the creative power of the feminine that lives inside the sounds.

It helps us to not only release old, personal family issues/patterns, but also global family ones. It helps to deconstruct the patriarchal patterns of the wounded masculine + toxic feminine, forms of outdated conditioning that have held us in society for a long time.

Things like competition between each other, holding onto patterns of lack + scarcity, giving away our sovereignty, being held in the limitations placed on us.

Reciting this Mantra helps you to activate your power as a woman to create the reality you want to experience...but not just for yourself, the reality you want for the entire planet.

And reciting this mantra has a ripple effect. As you experience the shifts within, it creates this kind of awakening all over the place.

It’s calling in another level of creation, a new pattern on the planet --- where we are calling into being and establishing a new archetype for leadership: The Divine Feminine.

Reciting this mantra has a ripple effect. As you experience the shifts within, it creates this kind of awakening all over the place.

Journey for the collective through your own energy centers

Group Mandala for the Collective

Art is the means whereby power enters the world through dedicated acts of beauty. In a group mandala such as we birthed, we create a portal for the gods to come and work to reconsecrate the earth and its inhabitants.

By taking the power of the mandala into our own three power centers, we receive its healing benefits and offer ourselves as conduits for divine order to flow through us.

The practice is to commune with the mandala. Shift into the vibration state of consciousness you felt and described in words at the end of the retreat.

This state of being is the “channel” on which you will receive divine inspiration.

This will feel like deep knowing and unstoppable joyful urges. Things you know to do without always knowing why. Trust and follow them as much as you can.

Sit with the divine mandala being to hear her messages. Sing to her, chant to her, dance with her. Keep her alive with your love, blessings and joy. Follow your own intuition on how to honor the relationship with her.
